Welcome to Tourify Uttarakhand (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking any tour, package, or service through our website, you (“traveler,” “you,” “customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making a booking.
1. General
- Tourify Uttarakhand is a travel service provider offering tours, activities, and travel arrangements within India.
- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are booking under the supervision of a legal guardian.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking (as specified).
- Payments must be made in USD or as per currency conversion accepted by our payment gateway.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payments are not completed within the specified timeline.
3. Pricing
- Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may vary due to changes in exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes, or government regulations.
- Any additional charges (visa fees, personal expenses, tips, etc.) are not included unless clearly mentioned.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation by the traveler must be made in writing (email or website form).
- Standard cancellation charges:
- 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days.
- If a tour is canceled by Tourify Uttarakhand due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), a full refund or alternative booking option will be provided.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and necessary health documents.
- Tourify Uttarakhand will not be held responsible for denied entry, deportation, or missed services due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
6. Health, Safety & Insurance
- Some tours involve physical activities such as trekking, rafting, or climbing. Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to participate.
- Travel insurance covering medical, accident, cancellation, and personal liability is strongly recommended.
- Tourify Uttarakhand is not liable for accidents, injuries, or medical expenses during the trip.
7. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements of equal value.
8. Liability
- Tourify Uttarakhand acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, activity providers).
- We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, or expenses caused by third parties, force majeure, or situations beyond our control.
9. Conduct of Travelers
- Travelers are expected to respect local culture, laws, and traditions.
- Any behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of others may result in termination of services without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, images, logos, itineraries) is the property of Tourify Uttarakhand and may not be copied or used without written consent.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
